COACHES CODE OF ETHICS The  certified coaches of J.F.L.O.C.I. pledge to uphold the following "Coaches Code of Ethics" 1. I, as a coach, know the rules and the skills of youth football. 2. I will do my very best toptovide a safe environment for my players. 3. I promise to insure that learning football will be fun. 4. I promise to keep winning and losing in perspective. 5. I will be sensitive to the emotions of the players. 6. I will build the players up, not put them down.  7. I will not seek personal recognition at the expense of my players. 8. I will lead by example in demonstration fair play and goof sportsmanship to all my players 9. I will remember that I am a youth coach, and that the game is for children and not adults. 10. I understand the Coaches Code of Ethics and will abide by them. My failure to uphold the J.F.L.O.C.I. rules, may result in the revocation and/or suspension of my certification.
